Watch Sesame Street With Your Children - Find Out Why it is So Good For Children!

"Sesame Street" or "The Cookie Monster" is a popular series of children's TV shows. It is set in a city called Gesame Street and it is presented by Jim Henson, the creator of the famous puppets. The shows are very well known worldwide and they are watched by millions of people every week.

The puppets - which come in many different shapes - have gained a firm place in American popular culture. Children love to imitate them and parodies about their likes and dislikes are very popular on YouTube. Many parents allow their children to watch this program when they are young so that they learn about acceptance and diversity. Sesame Street is very liberal in its approach towards the issues it deals with.

In particular, one of the most popular characters in the show is a girl called Missiles. She has been hired by Gesame Street to be their new director. She is an African American woman and she comes from a poor family. In fact, her whole life is built to be an underachiever just like many of the other children on the street.

However, when the whole city finds out she is a famous educator, she has to leave. There is therefore a void in her life. This forces her to devise plans to get kids excited about education. Sesame Street helps her by showing her the right attitude needed for someone in this situation.

The second character in the show who is a girl called Melissa is a new addition. This girl is in charge of marketing for Gesame Street. At first, she is not happy about having such a big job, but she soon gets to know what she is missing by not going to school. After all, if she doesn't go to school, what would the children know?

The newest character on the show is Michael, who is Hispanic. He is the new boy in the house and he just happens to be the odd-man-out. Nobody knows him because he keeps to himself most of the time. However, when he decides to visit Miserable Bob's House, the other boys and the whole street take an interest in him. He is soon accepted into the school.

It is impossible not to like all the characters on Sesame Street. They are cute and funny and they encourage children to take pride in their appearances. These traits are ones that we as children learn early on. If you ask me, I feel that these shows teach social norms, which are essential for our survival. That is why I support them wholeheartedly.

Watching Sesame Street can make small children feel very special. As they grow older, they will understand why the characters on the streets are called "Mister and Miss" instead of" Cousin and Friend." They will see that there is more to life than getting the latest piece of technology or eating the most delicious food. Sesame Street is not just for pre-schoolers; it also has a lot to offer middle-aged children and young adults as well. I can remember watching the series back when I was a toddler. It really made me feel small and sad that I was so alone.

A lot of parents are very apprehensive about sending their children to see the new movies or episodes of Sesame Street because they don't want to scare them away from watching the show. That is totally not true. In fact, it can actually help your child become more curious about the world. All children get bored easily, so introducing them to something new can really spice up their day.

I always look forward to new episodes of Sesame Street. My daughter watches it all the time. My brother also joins in on the fun and brings his own kids with him. We never get tired of seeing the Muppets and Elmo in different outfits and doing new and exciting things. They teach us values like sharing and compassion - values that our children can use in this day and age.

If you have not given Sesame Street a chance, you should. Your children will thank you for it. What do you have to lose?
